Fixed rate mortgages have fallen once again, making this the fourth consecutive week rates have dropped. According to Freddie Mac, the average national 30-year fixed-rate mortgage fell from 4.14% last week to 4.12% this week, while the average national 15-year fixed-rate mortgage decreased from 3.25% last week to 3.21% this week.
